1038 | Article | MissM | pikachulover- I am so glad you collected these too! I found a loose ballerina that was from my earlier collection this past summer and it was so much fun to find it. I feel like originally I had a large set and a smaller set, because I know there was a random assortment of the rock ones, a gym one, and the ballerina. The sets from those pictures were found so cheap too! I love these. I also love that you brought one to art class for an assignment. How cool is that?! Vaporman- I agree. I think these were probably the most successful immovable tiny figures since the green army men. it was nice to see a line aimed at girls too, with so many different facets. Like you mentioned I think the blind bag craze and even those s.l.u.g. zombie things were brought on by a much needed return to items of that variety. | Mar 13, 2014
1039 | Article | Fulton4V | I never had any of the Muscle or these others. But I do remember seeing alot of those in a local Ames store and they were very cheap. Wasnt there a wrestling ring for them that you could get too? | Revisiting C.U.T.I.E. | Mar 13, 2014
1195 | Article | Hoju Koolander | Very cool topic. I totally remember one of my girl-friends (friend who was a girl) having a few of the aerobics themed C.U.T.I.E.S. figures. I never knew about the other varieties, but I got a good laugh out of the name "Leah Tard", totally not P.C. nowadays! | Revisiting C.U.T.I.E. | Sep 03, 2014

1040 | Article | Vaporman87 | I would say some of my favorite green toys include Moss Man in all his pine tree aromatic glory, Mer-Man (also from MOTU), the Condor motorbike from M.A.S.K., Braun from Transformers G1, my Incredible Hulk big wheel (though it was MOSTLY black, the best parts were green), and my Secret Wars Dr. Doom figure. :) | Toys Go Green! | Mar 17, 2014

1281 | Article | Hoju Koolander | Interesting theme. Among my favorite green toys growing up were my Mego Hulk doll (yes, he was a doll), Swamp Thing with the retractable arm and Yoda from the original Kenner Star Wars line. I never even noticed that the Turtles had different shades of green, what a revelation. | Toys Go Green! | Sep 18, 2014

1042 | Article | Vaporman87 | I have NEVER heard of this game, but it's making me hungry. I am with you Miss M, my memory sucks and my wife will happily attest to that. I forget where I'm driving to five minutes into the trip. Even so, I've found that I have sufficient concentration to be able to play games such as this fairly well. But to have it all suddenly turned on end and make me switch slices with another player... that would get crazy. | It's Not Delivery, It's Pizza Party! | Mar 25, 2014 |
