1939ArticleNLoganvkimo Posted on Feb 10, 2015 at 12:43 AM NLogan, I was a bit hazy on the details. Who got the all time highest scoring article first, you or Gaijinninja? -end quote You were technically the first to get the highest scoring article of all time as you were in the top spot when the Popular category transitioned to High Score of All Time. Gaijinninja held the Popular of All Time first.Remembering RetroJunkFeb 10, 2015View

2646ArticleoniparVkimo, yeah, I figure it's always worth a glance. At the very least I might find some old horror for a quarter. :-)VHS Television Treasure HuntSep 14, 2015View
4441ArticleVaporman87Wagon Train sounds amazing. The way in which you recall these special adventures gives the reader a sense of almost being there. It's sad that it had to come to an end, but its memory will live on in you. Thank you for sharing this Mick.Wagon Train VacationsJun 16, 2018View
4448ArticleSupermanWagon Train sounds like a really cool event. It's too bad that it had to come to an end, but at least you have the memories.Wagon Train VacationsJun 16, 2018View
4587ArticleNLoganWait, wait wait... first of all nothing is cooler than Castle Grayskull. Take it back Vaporman! Second, isn't He-Ro from Pre-Eternia for the Powers of Grayskull line fighting against Snakemen in sort of a prequel to Masters of the Universe that didn't get fully released? Wouldn't that make him way older and definitely not He-Man son? I am pretty sure he fights with and against dinosaurs and Snakemen in the prehistoric times of Eternia before the great war that left civilization busted, Castle Grayskull abandoned, and the advanced machinery and weapons lost or unused because of knowledge lost; while most are barbarians living in a sort of medieval world. Correct me if I am wrong (I know next to nothing of the classics line and any evolving mythos). Third, that kid is awesome. Interview With A 10 Year Old He-Man FanOct 02, 2018View
1307ArticleNLoganWaitaminute! I'm pretty sure I have seen articles from you here and on other retro sites for over six years. You have been sitting on this little gem for that long without a peep! Unbelievable. Why didn't you post the pics in your previous Pretenders article? On a somewhat related side-note. Martika's Toy Soldiers was the anthem/theme song to a crush I had at a summer camp at a ski resort when I was around 11-12. We listened to the tape in her room. 2330ArticledannydWas Chldren's Palace real? I don't know - I never saw one in real life. But, I know that Child World was real - I worked at one from 1986 until they closed for good in 1992. Everything that you said in your post is true - it truly was an amazing store, and even though I'm "all grown up", I still miss it. Getting back to your question again - Was Children's Palace real? Check out a new website that I've been working on, dedicated to Child World Children's Palace Was RealJun 26, 2015View
