2038 | Article | Vaporman87 | That's rough mass. To imagine such an existence coming from my own upbringing of growing up and living in the same area all my life, with the same friends all my life, it seems very difficult. But like you said, you adapt. You're made to grow up a little faster than others. Maybe you can provide a different upbringing for your own children. | Feb 22, 2015
2050 | Article | Vaporman87 | You know, one has to wonder... was Paul acting out because he knew the show was ending, and he figured he needed to break away from his alter ego in order to get a different range of parts? I thought he did really well in Buffy The Vampire Slayer (the movie, not the atrocious television series). Cool fun facts Hoju. Thanks for sharing a few from the book. | Pee-wee Herman Fun Facts | Feb 25, 2015
2051 | Article | Vaporman87 | If their pizza is any indication, then the pasta was likely quite tasty. | Yesterdays 1: Foods Long Gone | Feb 25, 2015
2052 | Article | Vaporman87 | I'm the same way. I always have a difficult time adjusting to new avatars all the time. I prefer it when they are limited to a select few that make people easily identifiable. Of course, not everybody feels that way. | Remembering RetroJunk | Feb 25, 2015
2053 | Article | Vaporman87 | I was saddened to find out that Siren committed suicide in 2008. R.I.P. | American Gladiators | Feb 25, 2015
2061 | Article | Vaporman87 | I love this type of promotional material. Sometimes you are given glimpses of products that never made it to the final stages. Perhaps interest fell off before the stuff could make out of the manufacturing facility, or some legal issue popped up. I know Trendmasters put out a promo book prior to them folding with images of what was supposed to come. I was particularly interested in the Godzilla: Doom Island line that saw limited distribution overseas but never made it to final worldwide distribution. | Kenner Action Toy Guide '91 | Mar 06, 2015
2073 | Article | Vaporman87 | I think that would be something very memorable, to have the same music playing at all these dances. Almost like a school's own personal soundtrack. LOL. Though, something new would have been nice once in a while. LOL. | Play Something Newer | Mar 12, 2015
2075 | Article | Vaporman87 | I think, at first, I looked at Hogan's transformation into "Hollywood" as a bit of a joke. It seemed like something thrown out there just to rock the boat, and nothing more. But as time went on, it really seemed to fit. Hogan could do the heel almost as well as the face. | Wrestling with the 90's | Mar 13, 2015
2077 | Article | Vaporman87 | That is really creepy, and yet hilarious at the same time. My only guess it that perhaps he had consumed way too many candy cigarettes and too much Surge and then wigged out. LOL I do have a question though... why did you give him the name "Dinosaur Kid"? Was it the roar alone? | The Dinosaur Kid | Mar 16, 2015
2078 | Article | Vaporman87 | I too was forced into T-Ball. I remember very little about it though. My only real memories are of the field and our uniforms, and of a teammate having his hand get swollen and blue from being hit with a pitch. That pretty much made me want out. That you could get injured. I wanted no part of an injury. LOL Now, my Cub Scouts days... I remember more about that. T-Ball though... it's all lost in a thick fog. | Team Sports | Mar 16, 2015 |
