1211 | Article | Vaporman87 | No doubt. If nothing else, your bound to find inspiration for writing by sifting through the stories and memories of others. Though something tells me you have a pretty good amount of inspiration as it is. lol | Sep 07, 2014
1213 | Article | pikachulover | I'm trying to think if there were other mini girl toys besides CUTIES. I think the Petite Ponies. They were really small My Little Ponies and the Littlest Pet Shop toys. Companies liked to market tiny playsets to girls. | The Mini & The Mighty | Sep 08, 2014
1214 | Article | vkimo | One of my favorite mini fig lines were Z Bots. They were made by Micro Machines and looked like little robots. There were tons of them and I think I have exactly 1 left from the dozens I had as a kid. | The Mini & The Mighty | Sep 08, 2014
1215 | Article | Vaporman87 | I remember some mention of Z-bots in that forum thread on things we'd like to see brought back. That was another line I had no familiarity with. I think I just wasn't into the minifig craze then. I was still wanting the 6" to 12" style lines. | The Mini & The Mighty | Sep 08, 2014
1217 | Article | Fulton4V | The Super powers toys were some of my favorites. I had many of those. I had Batman, Superman, Mation Manhunter, and some others. I also had some Muscle figures too. Not very many though. My younger brother had more than I did of those. And I think he still has some of those. Ill have to ask him about that. | The Mini & The Mighty | Sep 09, 2014
1422 | Article | Hoju Koolander | @Fulton4V I personally have always held Super Powers as the high standard for 80's action figures. From the sculpts, to the box art to the sheer number of characters, it was a beautiful line of toys. I still have my Superman, Batman, Robin, Aquaman and Lex Luthor! | The Mini & The Mighty | Oct 13, 2014
1201 | Article | Fulton4V | There use to be a club downtown that me and my friends would go to in college called Good Times. They had a special drink called the Twister that they were known for and we would get those. It was torn down a long time ago and all that is there now is the concrete foundation. | Bouncing Around Nightclubs | Sep 05, 2014
1194 | Article | Vaporman87 | No doubt about it... Pizza Hut has had some really good promotional products to offer in the past. I don't know that they do much of that anymore though. I was reminded (by the article) that I too once owned a few of the Land Before Time vinyl puppets. They were really well done. I can't say I ever wore out a copy of the Coming Out Of Their Shells Tour cassette, but I did wear out my cassette of the Turtles movie soundtrack. I can still sing you entire songs from that album that have likely never been played anywhere outside of somebody's boom box. LOL | Pizza Hut Promotions | Sep 03, 2014
1202 | Article | Fulton4V | Our Pizza Hut only ever had those crane games and it was a ripoff. You never one at it and it stole your quarter half of the time. I remember one time the game just stopped working while I was playing it. The crane just stopped moving and I asked for my quarter back and the man at the counter would not give it to me. I think the next time I was in there with my family my dad left that same guy a tip of a quarter! That was funny. | Pizza Hut Promotions | Sep 05, 2014
1203 | Article | Vaporman87 | Yeah Fulton, we have had crane games in our local Pizza Hut as well. Can't say I've had any problems like that with them though. I love the leaving a quarter for a tip story! | Pizza Hut Promotions | Sep 05, 2014 |
