5785 | Article | LizCampy | Does anyone remember what the knock off version of the Wuzzles were called? Maybe it was a Wuzzle. It was a stuffed toy, the body of a Chicken, but had the head of a Dog. It was white with some orange on it. It was 2 animals in one... I have been going crazy for more than 25 years trying to find this stuffed toy. I'd be so grateful if anyone could let me know the name and where to find one. LizCampy@gmail.com | Nov 16, 2023

2969 | Article | jkatz | Do they even put physical prizes in cereal anymore? It's like they've all been replaced with movie tickets and access codes to game sites and such. Probably considered a choking hazard or something. Those pails are a classic, almost iconic. McDonald's should bring them back. | Halloween Promotional Items of the 80s and 90s | Oct 16, 2015
4191 | Article | jkatz | Do they even make movie trading cards anymore? The whole appeal of these was to get photos and stills, something that's kinda pointless with a little thing called the internet. I think the last film I saw get the card treatment was the Halle Berry Catwoman flop, and that feels like a lifetime ago. Still, these can be fun to collect. I have a bunch of Batman Returns ones and an unopened M*A*S*H packet, complete with an ancient stick of gum! | Trading Card Treasures | Nov 06, 2017
3878 | Article | Hoju Koolander | Ditto for me on The Monster at the End of This Book, between that and his Super Grover persona, it's no wonder the little blue guy was my favorite character on Sesame Street. I had totally forgotten about Caps For Sale, that was a great one. | My favorite children's books growing up | May 04, 2017

3933 | Article | jkatz | Disagree about Comix Zone. Sure, it's not a complex or deep game, but it still holds up pretty well all these years later...Sketch Turner's design aside. I never heard of Combo Man before, but when I was 9 or 10 I had the same exact idea-combine a bunch of superhero costume pieces into a new, "original" character. Goes to show you the level of creativity those 90s ad execs had. I probably don't need to tell you this, being a comics fan and all, but there was a lot of great series in the 90s too! I'd be interested in seeing your opinion on those as a follow up. | My Five Favorite Super Losers of the 90's | Jun 08, 2017
4734 | Article | Dalek227 | DirtyD79, I'd have to agree with that statement. Oftentimes I'll see a Barnes and Noble, Best Buy, Bath and Body Works and Old Navy/Gap store in a strip mall with a cell phone store added in for good measure. There will also be several fast food places in the parking lot or next door. I'd rather visit those stores than the higher end ones at the mall. I loved the mall when it had the cool stores, but now the cool stores are either gone or their own entities outside the malls. | Mall Memories | Dec 19, 2018
2633 | Article | Frankayy81 | DIRT BIKE KID! I grew up in Oak Cliff (suburb in Dallas) where the movie was filmed. The hot dog stand looks about the same...but is now a Mexican-style chicken joint. | Bill & Ted's Excellent Filming Locations Tour | Sep 10, 2015 |
