5757ArticleVaporman87Great list! So many awesome choices here, many of which show up in our next "Celebrating Yesteryear" video. Oct 06, 2023View
5525ArticleoniparGreat list! I've actually never seen the Wishbone one. And that Dracula one, I think I've only watched part of it on a VHS mixtape I have. Garfield, heck yeah. One of my favs for sure. It's funny, I was just thinking about The Last Halloween, trying to remember the name of it (haven't seen it in a long time). That's the one that had a promotional connection with M&Ms, right? Five Retro Halloween specials on YouTubeOct 16, 2021View
3398ArticlemassrealityGreat list, but you totally skipped over Wayne Gretzky and Magic Johnson! Although, one might argue that Magic was a bigger deal in the 80s.The Non-Sports Fan's Guide to Iconic Athletes of the 90'sFeb 28, 2016View
5457ArticleVaporman87Great list you have here! A nice mix of classics, oddities, and licensed properties. The Goonies II is a title I wish I would have owned back in the day. Knowing now that it was intended as a sequel to the film makes me feel like I missed out on the further adventures of the gang. I remember bits and pieces of my time playing Blaster Master with my stepbrother. Good times. Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out and Double Dragon are simply unforgettable experiences. The fights in Punch-Out still give me anxiety! I would add Ninja Gaiden, Contra, Golgo-13, Bases Loaded, Metroid, and several others to my own list. I absolutely WORE OUT Bases Loaded. Loved that game. Ninja Gaiden opened my eyes to a new type of game… a cinematic style. Really look forward to what else you may have in store for us!The NES Games I Remember Playing:Part 1Aug 07, 2021View
2775ArticleVaporman87Great list Ben. I'm really loving the title and closing images! Great selection of candy here, though I would probably have put Whatchamacallit at the top of mine. Zero bars would also be in there, but I wouldn't often get those as they didn't come in "fun" size.Benjanime's Top Ten Halloween CandiesOct 05, 2015View
1513ArticleVaporman87Great job on the Rakeman movies! There were some really good jokes in there. You are especially good in them. I can see Weird Al Yankovic in you... like you could be related, and even share a similar sense of humor. LOL I dug up an ancient thread containing DVD and Menu art from Lost Few for the remastered version, for your perusal. ;)Making Movies on VHSNov 18, 2014View
2919Articleechidna64Great job NLogan! I'm the first to admit that I'm a skeptic and that "I ain't afraid of no ghosts," but I did have an experience with the paranormal. In the historic Gaslamp district of San Diego, I used to live in a building that was once a brothel in which several people reported paranormal experiences. One night I was awakened by bright lights from an unknown source. Another night I felt my bed weigh down as if someone was sleeping next to me. As I laid there, too afraid to move, I could hear heavy breathing. I laid there now fully awake for about 5 minutes as the breathing continued. I was too scared to face the apparition of what I believed to be a once-dead prostitute. I exclaimed "leave me alone!" At which point my bed returned to normal and the noises stopped. 3270Articleechidna64Great job Hoju and I really dug your podcast! Indiana Jones straddles a fine line between reality and fiction. I think part of the reason why Crystal Skull sucked was because there wasn't a shred of realism. The mcguffin needs to be a real historical artifact. Indiana Jones MemoriesJan 11, 2016View

3765ArticleVaporman87Great idea for a list Rick, and well executed. There is a wealth of great games here, most of which I never tuned in to watch... so breaking them down for me was helpful. LOLMy 10 Favorite Super Bowl Games Part 1Feb 21, 2017View
