4414 | Article | NLogan | This is the design on the blue Masters of the Universe shirt, it was also on the very first mini-comic included with the figures. It has the flying boulders super imposed behind the image from the toy logo. The second Masters of the Universe red shirt both blurry and harness pics is of Battle Armor He-Man with Pterodactyls flying in the background. | Jun 13, 2018

4447 | Article | NLogan | Awesome Mick. I loved the old pictures. I like how specific memories of how you received toys or read the magazine are tied in. I can remember reading specific issues of comics on trips or receiving a particular toy also. I participated in Mountain Man rendezvous for several years that had various games and competitions and we dressed up, and a pioneer trek once that had wagons and handcarts that were similar. | Wagon Train Vacations | Jun 16, 2018
4449 | Article | NLogan | I have ridden on many a alpine slide. Hurtling at breakneck speed down a concrete shoot with no way to steer other than leaning and a lever for a break, what could go wrong? | A So So Day at Action Park | Jun 16, 2018
4465 | Article | NLogan | I didn't make it to Disneyland until the 9th grade. We hit a lot of museums, national parks, and state parks. You are lucky to have ridden an elephant. Not many zoos in the US did that and I don't think any do still. | My Childhood Family Vacations | Jun 18, 2018
4466 | Article | NLogan | My dad also was a master of the profanity fusilade raining bombs on our young ears. We broke down in Yellowstone once. My brother and I also hung around the auto mechanic shop all day while the mechanic drove my dad into Montana to get parts. We discovered an awesome ice cream shop that has since become tradition every time we go. | Theme Parks: Adventures in New England | Jun 18, 2018
4494 | Article | NLogan | I must admit I was in the Jurassic Park theater seats multiple times in 1993. I did see Last Action Hero but as much as a Arnold Schwarzenegger fan that I am, I can barely remember it. I don't remember seeing any merchandise at all. The trading card game is lost to the flop of the film in the box office. A trademark was filed on Dec 14 1992 and abandoned and dead by Feb 25 1994. There was also a filing for toys Apr 19 1993"toys; namely, action figures, polyvinylchloride ("PVC") figures, toy vehicles including remote and radio controlled vehicles, playsets scaled to action figure size, dolls, including talking and fashion dolls, plush toys, board and card games, non-board games, inflatables, ride-ons, excluding bicycles, video game machines and hand-held electronic games, toy weapons, dress-up play items and play sets, activity toys and bath toys, excluding bath products, coin-operated game machines and video game software for computer game-playing cartridge systems, CD-ROM platforms and PC platforms, including floppy and CD-ROM formats and hand-held electronic games" while some of that happened the majority never materialized. The unpublished comic book covers are available online by Jerome K. Moore. I am interested to see what you found out and am anticipating the sequel article follow up. | Last Action Hero Movie Merchandise | Jul 22, 2018 |
