5510 | Article | onipar | Ouch, harsh! :-p I agree on the Circus Peanuts for sure. Those Peanut Butter Kisses are pretty bad too, but I'd still eat them in a pinch. Milk Duds are definitely too hard and sticky, and yet they were such a staple in my treat bag every year that it just wouldn't be Halloween without a couple of those little boxes rattling around. Pixies Sticks are fine for straight-up sugar powder. Not the first thing I'd reach for, but also not something I'd trade away. Almond Joys and York however... those I straight up LOVE! Nice list here. Getting me excited for Halloween. | Halloween Candies That Haunted Me | Sep 24, 2021
3177 | Article | Vaporman87 | Our get-togethers at our my Grandma's house were kind of like what you describe here. I didn't really know my cousins well (nor did I care much for them). So I just wanted to get the good stuff and get home. I would typically play with my haul until Christmas morning, after which those toys became all but forgotten for several weeks, if not forever. | What a Stuffy Party! | Dec 11, 2015
1202 | Article | Fulton4V | Our Pizza Hut only ever had those crane games and it was a ripoff. You never one at it and it stole your quarter half of the time. I remember one time the game just stopped working while I was playing it. The crane just stopped moving and I asked for my quarter back and the man at the counter would not give it to me. I think the next time I was in there with my family my dad left that same guy a tip of a quarter! That was funny. | Pizza Hut Promotions | Sep 05, 2014
1057 | Article | Vaporman87 | Out of these, of course I choose Vanessa Warfield... as I was a big fan of M.A.S.K. You basically had two characters in M.A.S.K. that were female, one good and one bad. Not a lot of choice for girls there, but better than none. Far shy of He-Man/She-Ra though. I believe my sister had an Entrapta figure. She had a large amount of She-Ra figs that would occasionally co-mingle with my He-Man characters. I don't remember much about Sour Grapes. Only the Peculiar Purple Pie Man. I'm not familiar with the other villains here. | Top Five Female Villain Toys | Apr 14, 2014
466 | Article | Benjanime | out of this world isn't a favorite of mine, but it's still unique, gameplay-wise. did you ever play the unofficial sequel, heart of the alien? i had it, but i really wasn't fond of the ending... also glad you like my article :) | Obscure Gaming Legacy Volume 3 | Mar 03, 2013 |
