| Article | Vaporman87 | I'm pretty sure you've had the most retro-privileged life of any person on Earth. A person could make 10 childhoods out your one. But as far as both TRU and Kaybee (or KB) are concerned, I was more of a KB kid. I think because we didn't really have a Toys 'R Us nearby for most of my childhood. However, there was a Kaybee Toys in the nearest mall for a long time. Later I came to appreciate KB for their well worn stock. It became a hunting ground for me in the late '90s when the new Godzilla movie was soon to arrive, and the King of the Monsters and Godzilla Wars Trendmasters toys could still be found on the occasional KB shelf. I was fetching good money for those on Ebay, while bolstering my own collection (man, I've been a member of Ebay for almost 20 years. That's insane). | Jul 22, 2017
| Article | Vaporman87 | Another freaking sweet toy hunt for Hoju. I would have been thoroughly enjoying the old McD's Happy Meal finds. I need to have more relatives/friends who would let me look through all their old stuff. Maybe I can pay somebody to let me do it. | Raiders of the Lost Toys | Jul 22, 2017
| Article | Vaporman87 | I have no memories at all of Elementary School assemblies. I don't think we had any, actually. Now later, in high school, we did. But the only ones I have any memories of were anti-drug people coming in to warn us of the dangers of Mary Jane. Looking back on those days now, and on the opiate problem this area now faces, they would probably beg us to smoke marijuana. | Awesome School Assembly Memories | Jul 22, 2017
| Article | Vaporman87 | I tried so hard to stay awake some nights as a kid, but often found it to be futile. However, when I was able to do so, Elvira was always there to greet me. Her and old Godzilla movies. And if I made it almost all the way through, I would be treated to random women in leotards and leg warmers sticking their butts in my face while saxophone music played. Seriously... who was watching this? | Late Night Re-runs (Circa mid-80s) | Jul 22, 2017
| Article | Vaporman87 | Not to mention I'm pretty sure Cap and Iron Fist can throw a punch well beyond anything a human will ever throw. WRONG Spidey! I like Iron Man's "for 2 seconds" line. That all changed with the Hulkbuster Armor. LOL Also, Wolvie said "dumb butt". That's funny right there. | Wolverine a Reader's Perspective Part 19 | Jul 22, 2017
| Article | Vaporman87 | Best choice here is easily Rutger Hauer as Magneto. Man... I would have LOVED to see that. Best Magneto ever, right there. Worst choice... Bob Hoskins??? Uh, no. Yeah, he's short and loud, but c'mon. The man would have had to work out for years to get ready for that part. | My Dream Cast for a 1987 X-Men movie | Jul 22, 2017
| Article | onipar | irrod, that was just a stock image from the net. I wish I had all of those! :-) | VHS Television Treasure Hunt | Jul 22, 2017

| Article | NLogan | Live Spider-Man for the win. Toys R Us was my favorite but the chance at some older stock still hanging on the shelves or in the discount bin by the doors kept me coming back to Kay Bee. | Toy Store Dreams | Jul 22, 2017 |
