Article | mickyarber | Ahhh....getting to read your take on these cards makes sending them to you more than worth it. Thanks for the article. I loved buying packs of cards as a kid, but the unfortunate thing was, when my old man would buy me a pack, it would be so long when he would do it again, I rarely had the chance to get the same cards again. So I ended up with one pack from about 20 different lines through the years. Not much of a chance to collect any one particular thing. These days, I continue to search out unopened packs of EVERYTHING, and have quite a large collection that stands as a time capsule of trading cards. I have roughly 150 different series of unopened packs, and there are a lot more out there to find. | Nov 07, 2017 | ![]() |
Article | mickyarber | It's weird that I don't remember ANY of these cartoons. Before I got cable, we would watch reruns of The Three Stooges and the Little Rascals on a local channel before church. Once I got cable, it USA's Cartoon Express on Sunday mornings. With cartoons like Dyno Mutt, Space Ghost, Honk Kong Phooey and more, it was a fun lineup. In 2000 when I got married, we got DirecTV and Boomerang, and I absolutely loved Boomer Action on SUndays. All morning long was just back to back shorts mixed up from the Superfriends, Aquaman, Sealab 2020, Thundarr, Herculoids, and more. | SUNDAY Morning Cartoons | Dec 06, 2017 | ![]()

Article | mickyarber | I just love going through old magazines, and you seem to have found a real winner here my friend. I never picked up an issue to take home, but I did flip through these on the magazine rack at the grocery store since they were right beside the wrestling magazines. Don "The Dragon" Wilson was also a commentator on some of the first UFC shows. He was part of the three-man team, and his role was to tell you just how dangerous each of the moves were being used by the fighters. | Retro Magazine RoundUp: Black Belt | Feb 14, 2018 | ![]()

Article | jrotunda | Nice read, good information! I played this game back in '96 before all the other games could sink their hooks - it always stayed with me through the years. It has the most diehard community of any online game I've seen (self included) and pretty intense pvp - always fascinated and kept me going on that aspect. Thanks for mentioning it's still around and free to play! | Meridian 59 Remembered | Mar 06, 2014 | ![]()
Article | kstrom22 | In preparation for Jurassic World I should sit down and watch all three JP films back to back, then I can judge them all as an "adult." I'm looking forward to how they continue the story. I still have my Lost World pillow-case, but the pajamas I got that Christmas are a bit too small for me now. | A Lost World Birthday | May 30, 2014 | ![]()
