4567ArticleSupermanNice article. You hit on just about everything that I remember being a part of the school experience back in the '90s. Sep 22, 2018View
617ArticleraptorNice collection of figs you have vkimo. About everything I still have is in boxes because Im too lazy to dust around figures or take them off and dust. This was all fun to read and I enjoyed your recollection of toy memories man. Masters of the Toybox May 07, 2013View
932ArticleVaporman87Nice comparision there TDITH. I enjoyed this article quite a bit. I can't say I watched either show, though I would at times catch a bit here and there of Bill Nye's show. They both seemed like valiant attempts at making learning interesting. Science is one of the easier subjects (in my opinion) to make interesting, as much of it involves performing experiments and witnessing the unique and sometimes baffling results. I have to say, my opinion of Bill Nye dropped a great deal when he started running his mouth on the subject of origin science and, specifically, criticizing whole swaths of religious people for their beliefs on the subject. Apparently Bill fancies himself capable of entering that touchy and controversial area and going toe to toe with some the best minds on both sides of the subject. I think he should stick to children.90's Vs: Bill Nye the Science Guy vs...Jan 02, 2014View

4095ArticleSupermanNice job. I can tell why this was one of the winning articles. You obviously devoted a lot of time into turning Pooter into a star. Perhaps he is a well remembered icon of the '90s in some alternate universe. That would be kind of cool, wouldn't it?Oh Pooter!Sep 03, 2017View
5422ArticleoniparNice list. Lots of stuff here I don't remember at all. We were so lucky to have gotten the return of Ecto with the last Ghostbusters release. I was really hoping they'd do it again, and even more than that, make it a seasonal Halloween thing. 12 Retro Snacks & Drinks I want to see Come BackMay 11, 2021View
3680ArticleOldSchool80sNice piece that I could relate to quite a bit. I have always been partial to Marvel as well, but at the same time have never been anti-DC. I liked Super Friends and the JLA. I liked the old Batman TV show and then the Tim Burton Batman of 1989. But Marvel has always been my true love. The Avengers have always been my favorite and I love what they have done with them in movies now. I could go on and on with my own memories of growing up with Marvel, but I will just end it with Excelsior.Make Mine Marvel 1Jan 13, 2017View
4086ArticlevkimoNice piece, I can tell a lot of work went into formatting it. You definitely took Pooter the whole 9 yards!Oh Pooter!Aug 27, 2017View
4791ArticlevkimoNice piece! Brought me back to my short lived skateboarding days. My older brother was a sponsored pro back in the 90s and rode for Anti Hero and Real Skate teams. I believe he was in Thrasher magazine at one time. My first foray was in the form of a little blue cartridge on the N64 - THPS was such an integral part of my video game days. I would also get the CCS catalog and look at all the cool decks from World Industries to Hook Ups...I read that bio you got signed for your brother, nice read. I still have my Element Deck with Venture Trucks, Quickies bearings and Kryptonics wheels. Recently I picked up an old 80s skateboard at a garage sale, listed it on Craigslist only to be contacted from the original owner who said it was stolen from him as an adolescent. Crazy story, but I gave it back to him.Skate or Die GenerationJan 14, 2019View
