2188Articleechidna64BTW have you seen the latest Nostalgia Critic/AVGN episode on the Ninja Turtles?  Apr 01, 2015View
2187Articleechidna64Huge turtle fan here! Thanks Hoju for stirring the turtle soup of memories! I had the Technodrome playset as a kid and it was literally my favorite toy of all-time. So many climatic battles took place there between the many incarnations of the Turtle dudes and their many enemies. Turtles: The Teenage Mutant KindApr 01, 2015View
2230Articleechidna64Great read! As a kid I was really into the Jurassic Park and AVP toys. They don't make em like the used to!Kenner Action Toy Guide '94Apr 27, 2015View
2306Articleechidna64Thanks man, I had a lot of fun writing it! Little NemoJun 09, 2015View
2313Articleechidna64Great picks! Web of Spider-Man #100 is the first comic book that I ever owned and I love the inclusion of Nightwatch. I would also add the dimensional duo of Cloak and Dagger Five Forgotten Comic Heroes of the 90'sJun 22, 2015View
2377Articleechidna64Ah one of my friends had the exact same chemistry set. I always wanted one. I believed that at age 7 I could become a mad scientist and create potions like Erkel Yesterdays: Things I DIDN'T Have As A KidJul 10, 2015View
2395Articleechidna64Wonderful idea for an article! I distinctly remember quite a few of these adverts, and also many for Crunch n Munch. 1993 Comic Book Ads from Wizard MagazineJul 14, 2015View
2409Articleechidna64These are some excellent personal picks! I love the inclusion of Castlevania 2. Even though it has a bad reputation, it still brought you much joy back in the day and retro memories for today. Thank you for flying against the wind and I am eagerly awaiting for the second installment! Yesterdays: MY Favorite Nintendo Games Part 1Jul 18, 2015View
2430Articleechidna64Great memories Hoju! As we speak, I'm putting the curriculum together for my 10th grade students! Did anybody else have to cover your textbooks using brown grocery bags? I had one 4th grade teacher host a textbook cover contest to see who could draw the best design. Mine had a ton of robots drawn on it but I don't think I won anything. 2480Articleechidna64Way to go Mass! This was a great read and I love the individual details you gave with each arcade game. This def takes me back, the Simpson's game and other 4-players games were epic! Area-51 is probably the only arcade game that I beat in its entirety. It was the right balance of fun vs difficult. I tried to stay away from the games that were coin-crunchers. Nowadays, the closest thing we have to the original mall arcades is Dave and BustersThe Mall ArcadeAug 07, 2015View
