ArticlePoshy2005I loved American Gladiators. I used to watched it all the time. Even the new version that NBC came out with. Siren was one of my favorite female Gladiators from the original along with Zap. For the males it has to be Nitro.  Nov 09, 2015View
ArticleVaporman87I've always been a Mr. T fan. He's a success story that is an inspiration to many. It'd be so cool to meet him. The Most Awesome Things Mr T Has DoneNov 09, 2015View
ArticleVaporman87The best of this bunch in my humble opinion, is Bedknobs and Broomsticks. That movie was repeatedly viewed by my brother and I, as we both loved the final sequence of events. The suits of armor versus the Nazis was just awesome. It has many catchy songs (Portabello Road, Beautiful Briny Sea, etc.) and the mix of animation and live action is well done.Top 10 Classic Live Action Disney MoviesNov 09, 2015View
Articleechidna64Swiss Family Robinson is one of my favorite Disney movies along with 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and the Davy Crockett movies. Davy and the River Pirates is hilariousTop 10 Classic Live Action Disney MoviesNov 09, 2015View
ArticlejkatzYup, Swiss Family Robinson and 20,000 Leagues are great examples of light hearted adventure...they don't make movies like that anymore. Top 10 Classic Live Action Disney MoviesNov 10, 2015View
ArticleHoju KoolanderVery thorough story. I had a great affection for the Warner Bros. Studio Store as well. They were the only place with a dedicated super hero section, so I was always up for that. Suncoast was also a favorite, so many weird and previously unknown videos to discover. 3101ArticleRick Ace Rhodes@Hoju Thanks man. I wish the Warner Bros store was still around too. I got plenty of action figures related to DC while it was open.Memories of the Nanuet MallNov 12, 2015View
ArticleHoju KoolanderGreat picks. Sleepwalker always takes me back, he just defines generic 90's Marvel characters so perfectly for me. Plus, he looks like a generic Halloween costume someone just threw together at the last minute. 3104ArticleVaporman87Don't feel bad. I felt the same way. When my teacher in grade school would execute a perfect letter on the chalkboard (after first using one of those chalkholders that would draw three lines together on the board, equally separated), I would just get fed up that I couldn't replicate her perfection on a piece of paper. Like you, I never used cursive for anything but signing my name, and even then it's been reduced to illegible doctor's signature style. Even so, I think it's a shame that we are slowly doing away with teaching cursive. Something about it seems culturally significant to me, though I'm not sure why.Cursive Curse Nov 16, 2015View
