| 1448 | Article | pikachulover | I've made other "hodge podge" costumes, but they were all girly things. I mostly wore them in high school. And the box with all my "random costume pieces" has mostly girly stuff in there like plush animal ear headbands and fairy wings. I have other things in there like old bed sheets and some creepy cloth. One year that I passed out candy I put together this really nice goth style outfit with a lacy skirt and some striped socks. My original idea in 2010 was to dress as a cartoon character from an obscure Italian cartoon. I like combining stuff I didn't mention it in the article, but like an elegant monster costume. About the clown you could dress as the good/sweet clown one year and then be the evil clown the next. I may not be that well versed on the history, but I wanted to learn about it. People think I'm just some airhead who watches it for the good looking buff guys. (mainly Cena) I also think that the Attitude era is very similar to the Rock n Wrestling era for the WWF. | 1496 | Article | pikachulover | @ Hoju You're from Newport right? My dad grew up in the Valley as an adolescent and he surfed and skated. In the 1960s and 70s. I grew up in the valley too; the San Gabriel Valley. :P I never skated, but it had a stronghold on my high school in the late 90s early 2000s. I think I've been on a skateboard like 4 times in my life. I was more proficient on in-line skates and 4 wheeler skates. The skaters used to think I was a poser because I loved skater music, but I didn't skate. I also really liked skater fashion. Wallet chains, wide legged pants(which I still wear today), crop tops for girls, and of course skate shoes. It was funny in high school there was a surfer teacher from Long Beach and he used to say "Dude" a lot. We would make fun of him for talking like that. | Skate or Die | Nov 08, 2014 | |

| 1530 | Article | pikachulover | Cartoons on tv by Disney like the Gummi Bears, Ducktales, and Winnie the Pooh. With Disney you know you are going to get a good quality animated cartoon. I think my first anime was either Robotech or Voltron. I didn't get into anime until the 90s with Sailor Moon. My Little Pony G1 Sunbow cartoons were pretty poorly animated too.
