3047ArticleHoju KoolanderIt was crazy to realize that from the Nintendo page on down, I had at least one item featured on every page at some point in my youth. Now most of it came second hand from garage sales as opposed to Christmas morning, but I totally played with most everything featured. My favorite was definitely the WWF toys, owning that ring was a dream come true. I love that there was a generic carrying case for the Masters of the Universe figures, like Sears wouldn't splurge to carry the official one. Oct 29, 2015View

3023ArticleVaporman87Ha! That is an awesome story. And only we here know the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I'm glad that the whole incident didn't end your burgeoning relationship with Sarah (curious... did you ever confess to her of your repeatedly listening to Starship's "Sara"? - Come on... you know you did that!). <iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/32ScTb6_KHg" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> I have little doubt that all of us have had similar events occur in which we got away with our lie and never confessed the truth to anyone. Unfortunately for those like me, terrible liars, those are few and far between. The Secret to How I Broke My CollarboneOct 27, 2015View
3025ArticlemassrealityVapor... I forgot about listening to Sara on a loop. Thank you for that. I'm way more embarrassed about that than lying about how I broke my collarbone. The Secret to How I Broke My CollarboneOct 27, 2015View
3026ArticleJourneygirlWay to defend your honor! If I were Sarah I would brag about you and how you didn't allow yourself to be bullied! The Secret to How I Broke My CollarboneOct 27, 2015View

3125ArticleDirtyD79I broke my collarbone too when I was about 6. Me and some kid were wrestling in the playground and I hit it on a tree stump. I had to wear this one brace that looked like a really thick padded pair of suspenders and I hated it. That probably explains why I've always hated wearing suspenders. To me the worst part of having a broken collarbone was trying to get up whenever I was laying down or leaning back in a chair. Also me and the other kid couldn't lie about how it happened because our moms saw the whole thing. The Secret to How I Broke My CollarboneNov 18, 2015View
3041ArticleVaporman87I would say I was equally fascinated and disturbed by Beetlejuice when I saw it in theaters the first time. I had not seen a Tim Burton film up to that point (had anybody?) and so this was a whole different kooky and crazy world filled with odd characters and beautiful but dark set pieces. I loved the movie though. The cartoon and merchandise did not interest me as much. I did catch episodes of the cartoon, but was not "hooked", and I never owned any Beetlejuice merchandise. With rumors swirling around about a sequel these past couple of years, my appreciation for the original has increased. I do hope a sequel eventually makes it to the screen, but could it possibly match the novelty or creativity of the first? Beetlejuice BonanzaOct 28, 2015View
3043ArticleGoonieGirlAs a childhood chicken, Beetlejuice was a little on the scary side for me. I do remember watching a few of the cartoon episodes, though. They were more funny than scary (which I appreciated) and the animation was fun. P.S. I have to say, your podcast is pretty hilarious. I highly recommend it :)Beetlejuice BonanzaOct 29, 2015View
