ArticleHoju KoolanderOh, Pizza Head, where have you gone? I had just gotten the best of Mr. Bill VHS tape when these commercials started airing, so I was totally tuned in to Pizza Hut during this period. One of my friends loved the commercials so much that when we were picking code names for our secret club he called himself P.G. Steve, inspired by the Narrator in the Pizza Head house party commercial saying, "Hey, it's Party Guy Steve!" Thanks for taking me back, Pizza head was right up there with Stick Stickly on Nickelodeon for simplistic, yet endearing corporate Spokes-creatures. Sep 01, 2015View

VideoVaporman87I love that a movie called Slaughterhouse Rock proudly proclaims it contains music by Devo. LOL. Shouldn't the title then be Slaughterhouse Techno/New Wave?Slaughterhouse Rock (1988) TrailerSep 02, 2015View
VideoVaporman87LOL. Gotta love the tagline, "The good guys always win... even in the 80's."MegaForce (1982) TrailerSep 02, 2015View

ArticleHoju KoolanderBased on your write-up here I tried watching this one on YouTube last night and it is very early 80's, but also incredibly boring. Just lingering shots of wooden actresses that are supposed to build suspense, but are really just filling time. I guess it's just not my style. I have seen Stunt Rock though and that one is nothing but fun for the whole running time. If you want to see Sorcery on screen, that's the one to look for.Heavy Metal-Sploitation Part 2Sep 03, 2015View
Articleozzyrulz777I haven't seen Stunt Rock all the way through. I need to rectify that though.Heavy Metal-Sploitation Part 2Sep 03, 2015View
ArticlemickyarberNever knew his story. It's kind of sad actually. But as for an article, I like the idea...seeing where some familiar faces are these days. I hate to think of them as washed up though. You never know what may be right around the corner for some folks.Washed Up Celebrities: Scott SchwartzSep 04, 2015View
ArticleMr MagicAhh, Gushers. I still have memories of those commercials where the kids have heads that get turned into fruits! XDFruit SnacksSep 04, 2015View
ArticleVaporman87It's true that you never know what the future might hold for some "washed up" celebs. But then there are those that you just know are pretty well done. I think Scotty here fits in there. Probably the most fame he could gain nowadays would be on some show like Celebrity Apprentice or Dancing With The Stars, and that's fleeting. Great start to the series Rick. Keep 'em coming!Washed Up Celebrities: Scott SchwartzSep 04, 2015View
