3456ArticleMr MagicGrowing up is a possible factor. I was about 21 when I was starting to lose interest. It's not just growing up, though. Cruiserweights, the smaller wrestlers, usually have some dazzling moves, but not so much now.  Mar 16, 2016View
3455Articlemickyarber@Crow I too think the excitement has died down. But I wonder sometimes if it just seems that way because we are grown up now. My youngest daughter is a fan, and she is really excited about Wrestlemania coming up. Reminds me of me at that age. But as for me, I could take it or leave it these days.My Favorite WrestleMania Matches of All TimeMar 16, 2016View
3454ArticleMr MagicHogan and Warrior is definitely a key match. One for the ages. Good call. The excitement for WM has died now. It's been treated like some common event. It really bothers me.My Favorite WrestleMania Matches of All TimeMar 16, 2016View
3453ArticleVaporman87I definitely remember the Steamboat vs. Savage and Hogan vs. Warrior matches. Man, those were true classics. I don't think we'll ever see the enthusiasm for events like these classic matches in the future. People are more cynical, and less amused by "pretend" bloodsport. They want the real deal (MMA and such). Me, I prefer to know that nobody is actually TRYING to hurt each other, and the drama that comes with the show makes it more enjoyable. But I just think today's audience and the audience of the future won't be as engaged or entertained. My Favorite WrestleMania Matches of All TimeMar 16, 2016View
3452ArticleVaporman87You would think that with today's technology, one could not be fooled by a prank call (at least not by the number and ID you see). But you would be wrong. Technology has also provided NEW ways to fool people on the phone. Take, for example, PrankDial. At PrankDial, one can type in ANY phone number they choose to be the "calling from" number, select a pre-recorded prank message set, and then listen to the response after it is recorded and saved to the site. The pre-recorded message actually responds (or doesn't respond) based on replies from the person being called. So if no response if given, the message may say "Are you still there?" "Hellooo???" But if responses are given, then the message follows it's normal pattern, and it usually results in hilarious responses.Old School Phones: Mystery CallersMar 16, 2016View
3450ArticleVaporman87You said it OldSchool. The show never represented any negative views toward anyone. That's why I think it was absurd to be yanking it off of television when people were up in arms over the Confederate Flag. People need to get over themselves.Random Dukes of Hazzard MerchandiseMar 16, 2016View

3448ArticleOldSchool80sI had those wrist racers (among many other things)! I loved The Dukes of Hazzard. I had no idea what the confederate flag stood for or any of that and the show really had absolutely nothing to do with that. I had the pleasure of an interview with the show's creator, Gy Waldron, a couple years back.Random Dukes of Hazzard MerchandiseMar 15, 2016View

3446Articlemickyarber@hoju....I had several different sets of screens for the etch a sketch. Not just Dukes. Those things really ramped up the fun of etch a sketch.Random Dukes of Hazzard MerchandiseMar 15, 2016View
