3991	Article	Vaporman87	I'm pretty sure you've had the most retro-privileged life of any person on Earth. A person could make 10 childhoods out your one. But as far as both TRU and Kaybee (or KB) are concerned, I was more of a KB kid. I think because we didn't really have a Toys 'R Us nearby for most of my childhood. However, there was a Kaybee Toys in the nearest mall for a long time. Later I came to appreciate KB for their well worn stock. It became a hunting ground for me in the late '90s when the new Godzilla movie was soon to arrive, and the King of the Monsters and Godzilla Wars Trendmasters toys could still be found on the occasional KB shelf. I was fetching good money for those on Ebay, while bolstering my own collection (man, I've been a member of Ebay for almost 20 years. That's insane).		Jul 22, 2017

3985	Article	Hoju Koolander	Whenever I think of Sega Genesis, Altered Beast comes to mind first. Always thought it was awesome. I love those biting blob enemies that you kick into goo. I had no idea that there was an NES port, that would be fascinating to play. 3984	Article	Cyrogenic	Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace rules. It wasn't the best Star Wars film or even the best film of the Prequels, but it is certainly my favorite of the Star Wars Saga and I'm tired of seeing nerds still trashing it along with the other two Prequels on sites like this. I mean the Prequels came out in 1999-2005. That almost 20 years ago now. To kids like me who grew up in in the 2000's, The Prequels was our Star Wars and meant as much to us as the Originals did to 70's/80's kids. Most of those who grew up with the Prequels are also adults now and it's time we had a bigger voice and be allowed to express nostalgia for something we grew up with. I don't think you can possibly put Good Burger or Wild Wild West on the Top Summer Movies of the entire 90s decade. The other 3 can definitely be considered. Here are a few that could round out the Top 5: Independence Day, Armageddon, Speed, True Lies, The Lion King, There's Something About Mary, Apollo 13, The Fugitive... just to name a few.
