4479 | Article | pikachulover | @Hoju I think the manatees were a new addition in the late 90s. That was the point of the Jack Hanna show to tell you the manatees were at SeaWorld San Diego. | Jun 19, 2018
1739 | Article | pikachulover | @Hoju I thought that was all her mom had. I looked at the potato as a form of proof that Santa was there like the eaten cookies. I've heard of the pickle, but my family never did that. I think I saw a pickle ornament in a catalog. | The Santa Diaries | Dec 25, 2014
3792 | Article | mickyarber | @Hoju I was a fan of Kyle Rayner too. When he took over in GL #51, I started picking the book up every month up through the last 60's issues. Whichever issues it was that Hal came back and fought Kyle in the 2 part story in those later issues. | The Beginning of My Comic Fandom | Mar 22, 2017
3590 | Article | mickyarber | @Hoju I wish I had titled my article that....Son of Santa Claus! @NLogan Sounds like an awesome picture to bust out and embarras a few people with! | 1986: The Year That Santa Became Real | Dec 16, 2016
4439 | Article | pikachulover | @Hoju It was a bit of culture shock for me. KROQ sort of has a weak signal even in So Cal. It's hard to get it in the valley. | Geriatric Vegas | Jun 15, 2018
1204 | Article | pikachulover | @Hoju Koolander It took a lot research to compile that song list. | The Summer of 1995 | Sep 06, 2014
1335 | Article | pikachulover | @Hoju Koolander At least 4 of my cousins worked there and 2 family friends. Every year they were different things. What did you dress as at Disneyland? Actually since this article proved to be popular I'll post another Haunt one. I had enough material for 2 articles. | A Haunting Experience | Sep 26, 2014
3405 | Article | Rick Ace Rhodes | @Hoju Koolander He was cleaning a gun he owned and he forgot it was loaded. You can guess what happened next. | The Non-Sports Fan's Guide to Iconic Athletes of the 90's | Feb 29, 2016
1354 | Article | jkatz | @Hoju Koolander I don't think the wraparound style was exclusively Greek. I can't think of any examples atm but I'm positive it's been done in the states too. Also, didn't know swearing was discouraged here. I'll try to tone it down next time. | The Lost Art of VHS Boxes | Oct 01, 2014
1655 | Article | MissM | @Hoju Koolander I got it at a Book Stop or Walden books. It was in the magazine section. I have it somewhere, I will look for it and take a picture. It came out around the time of the release of MK 3. It had a break down of the characters, the creation of the game, the phenomenon of the game also with some details about the live tour. I must have read it over and over. One of the funny things is that under each character profile, the characters answer questions like favorite food, favorite book, and one of them was like, who do you get mistaken for and Sonya Blade says She-Ra. I always loved that. Such a fun series. I just wish they'd make nice female figures to the games. | Mortal Kombat Memories | Dec 16, 2014 |
