regarding my previous post in this thread, the older cousin i mentioned who was staying at my place ended up being a royal S.O.B. after seeking help to find a place to crash. once he got everything of his moved in he slowly began showing a strong lack of hygiene, had no motivation to find a job and the worst yet, he brought bedbugs along with him from his old apartment. for the longest time my stepdad and i were wondering why my uncle (his dad) almost never acknowledged him, and now we know.

Well, there ARE worse people to live with lol.

My 80s Coke clock came yesterday. There's a piece missing from the bottom-right corner and the clock is not exactly in primo condition, but it still works fine.

day two here has been cloudy with some muggy temperatures but in the meantime i'll be checking out some of the activities, there's a game room, a minigolf area, a small movie theater, and probably a few more things, i haven't looked at the whole pamphlet

I had a fun night. Ran into an old friend that I hadn't seen in awhile while I was at a gas station. We caught up for a few minutes. Just talked about how things are going.

I then ran to Walmart where I got a few things. Afterwards I ordered a pizza at a nearby pizzeria. While I was waiting I had a nice conversation with another customer getting pizza. Because it took a little longer than expected with my order, they give me a free order of garlic knots on the house.

Sometimes it's the little things in life.
