I found the sequel to be too kooky and nonsensical. But it was still way better than the last two that Schumacher directed

One of the Drive-In flicks of my childhood. I remember the awesome half page poster in the paper. Three heads stacked on each other. I looked at it off and on all day just waiting until we could leave for the movies. Later I would get the comic book adaptation. My neighbor friend, Beth, sat her wet but on it after a day on the boat. I was so mad. But I got over it. I think..

Batman Returns has some incredible production value- the sets, costumes, and fight scenes look amazing. However, there is A LOT of unneccessary adult content in this movie that ruins it in my opinion. Penguin is way too over the top gross/creepy. Catwoman is great but both her transformation and her "death" make me cringe. This movie easily could have been Rated R, I think there is even an F-bomb. The film is a tonal mess, it's like mixing skittles with hot fudge syrup and all you get is an upset stomache. |

Michelle Pffeifer said in an interview her only regret about doing the movie was not keeping the Catwoman suit. "Magic can happen to you."
