Among the 1970 Oldsmobile lineup, the Toronado stood out for its unusual looks. I always have a car in mind for my annual Halloween joyride and this year I pick the 1970 Toronado - the only year the car was offered with a GT package.

Listed as "W34 Toronado GT Package", the W34 included a 400-hp, 455 V8 with a more aggressive camshaft and bigger intake valves and dual exhaust poking through cutouts in the rear bumper. On the hood was a “Toronado GT” emblem, and paint stripes matching the vinyl roof color were surrounding the wheel openings.

If this '70 Toronado was all Black, it would absolutely scream, "Happy Halloween!".
