Summer Solstice, Father's Day, Juneteenth, Prime Day and The Future!

But beyond the beginning of summer, I'm here to celebrate how awesome entertainment was in the 20th century - for kids. As I recall, most movies were aimed at kids, unless it was billed as a kid's movie. Then that film was aimd at parents.

Seems like everyday I get lost in those old movies from the last two decades of the century just passed. Only now, I seem to miss the way even an average film from the 80's and 90's showed children in a more favorable light.

Try this movie review from 2012 for, "The Neverending Story". Just this review is all the reminder I need to recall an awesome time to be a kid.
