Better make that $5 Billion - and counting!

In the shadow of a pandemic the world's most expensive stadium is receiving its finishing touches. 

The SoFi Stadium, located near LAX in Inglewood, California, promises to be a grand venue like no other with seating for more than 70,000 spectators, plus additional room for up to 100,000 maximum!

Of course, future Super Bowls and Olympic hostings are scheduled for SoFi Stadium with an on-site Performing Arts Center for concerts and theater events.

Ther're calling the double-sided videoboard, "The Oculus". Amazingly Awesome!

It is an amazing sight, but I wonder why the L.  A. Rams aren't playing at the stadium they always played at.

With everything, good and bad, happening in California recently, I'm convinced that the entire SoFi Stadium Development Zone is a catalysts for the remodeling of Greater Inglewood area into a financial/entertainment hub, taking advantage of its proximity to LAX.

And that also means completely overturning the lives of ordinary people who have lived in Inglewood for years. 

I started following some of the guys shooting videos around the area, like John Kay. Many locals are now filming all around the nearby neighborhoods to documents whats happening to neighborhoods surrounding the SoFi development zone. 

SoFi Stadium is just one part of a reginal remodel project to prepare the Greater Los Angeles area to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup, followed quickly by LA28, host to the 2028 Olympic Games.

In short order, Inglewood will never be the same!
