In 1996, the late Sir Terry Pratchett aka One of the Greatest and Most Revered Authors of Our Century aka Father of the Discworld Universe (if any of you have read any of those books. Probably not. People are reading less and less each year. It's sad really. Oh well, Generation Illiterate. I'm just waiting for the Harry Potter series to be forgotten about as books and more as recycled Hollywood trash, and it will happen. Remember Dr Seuss and JRR Tolkien? They may be famous beyond their graves, but their original literary works are becoming more and more forgotten about as they originally were) gave the world a Discworld Christmas Book called Hogfather where Death decides to be Santa Claus (think of it as England's answer to that Jack Christmas Halloween talking skull dude guy Hot Topic's been milking yo death for years) with the most epic results (like in one part he gives a little girl a sword calling it an educational toy). In 2007, it was turned into a 2 part made for tv movie. This is another Christmas gem I watch every year since I learned about it 2 years ago. Enjoy!

I'm working my way through Discworld actually. While I haven't reached Hogfather yet, I have seen the special and I love it.
