Robert Pattinson. It's also been announced that his Batman films are set to be a trilogy. I know many are not happy with this casting, but I'm of the thought that he shouldn't be judged until the final product comes out. Remember, people weren't excited for Michael Keaton when he was cast, either, and he was awesome. I can also remember similar rumblings about other castings that ended up being popular like Heath Ledger as the Joker and even Robert Downey, Jr. as Iron Man. So, will Robert Pattinson suck as Batman? Maybe, but I say give him the chance to prove himself before judging.

It is an interesting choice... he was actually on my short list to play Joker. Rpats will prolly do a great job! If you have any doubts, checkout Cosmopolis. 

Never watched him in the Twilight movies, but I'm pretty confident he'll do alright as Batman. Maybe even better.
