I'd say I was a shocked but I'm not. He always gave off weird vibes. Plus it's not like his cartoons are the most pristine shows in existance. The Ripping Friends "Hot Dog-Bun" scene is a great example of this.

the ren and stimpy adult cartoon gave off plenty of disgusting and unappealing vibes compared to the original ren and stimpy show due to john k. writing those new episodes as he intended so i could see him being a bit of a creeper like this....

This is one that has a bit less legs than the Dan Schneider story as it's more of a he said, she said situation, so he's still innocent until proven guilty. However, this wouldn't surprise me if that were true. From what I heard, John K had a history of being abusive to his co-workers. That, and combined with his huge inflated ego where he criticises shows like The Simpsons and Tiny Toon Adventures just because they don't feel like something out of Bob Clampett (funny, seeing as how the ladder actually feels closer to Clampett's style than any other cartoon), and John himself even touted that his own cartoons, even including the crappy Flash cartoons he made for the web, are better than any other modern cartoon on TV.

Man, it seems like if you were at all culturally relevant in the last few decades of the past century your options are to either die or be outed as a sexual predator

Adult Party Cartoon was quite possibly the most batsh*t insane cartoon ever released. If the original Ren and Stimpy cartoon is Pink Floyd at their best, Adult Party Cartoon is Syd Barrett during the Wish You Were Here recording sessions.

I hope I never hear of another creator of a popular show resorting to stupidity such as sexual assault.

But it seems likely I and others will.

Really, it's kind of gotten to the point where if I was working in the entertainment industry, I may be afraid to actually look at a woman. That's how far this whole thing seems to be getting.

Which is ironic, considering he animated couch gags for two episodes for The Simpsons.
