I think that's the biggest problem with the DC Cinematic Universe right now: they are trying to make this big Marvel-like cinematic universe happen instead of letting it naturally happen like it did with Marvel. Trying to force it has left us with a string of bad movies so far.

I don't know how controversial this will be with everyone else, but I personally feel like GTA San Andreas was the only good PS2 era GTA game. Granted I never played Liberty City Stories or Vice City Stories, but I have feeling that those two are very similar to their respective counterparts.

I wouldn't say they have been bad by any means. A lot of people complained a great deal about Man of Steel, but I personally didn't see many issues with it. I do think the tone of both Man of Steel and Dawn of Justice was too dark and gloomy. People enjoy the Avengers movies and many other Marvel films because of the playful side that accompanies the action and seriousness. It looks like they are going for that kind of film with the Justice League movie. It just feels like they're late to the game and playing catch up with Marvel all the time.

Did I ever tell you guys about the potato salad scandal at my church's "Youth Committee" dinner back in 1972? We welcomed two new families joining our congregation and one of the new members brought her homemade potato salad to the dinner.  

It looked fantastic but no one from my church had ever seen potato salad made with Miracle Whip. I dare say our christian values were put to the test that evening.

I need a Miracle to forget the taste - 45 years later!

I like Gwyneth Paltrow. A lot of people dislike her because she says some crazy things, but I think she's a good actress.
