I am not sure if I could pick just one favorite, but the lone episode that has stuck with me the most has to be season 12 episode 9; HOMR. Whilst it was a bit disconcerting to see Homer smart, watching him finally bond with Lisa totally melted me. For as funny as this show is I sometimes forget how poignant it can be too.
