"Magic can happen to you."

Just finished The Conqueror. Yes, the infamous movie where John Wayne plays Genghis Khan.
Man, dubious casting is the least of this movie's problems. Everybody's a one-dimensional character and sounds like they're just reading their lines off the script. Impressive costumes and set pieces, though. The women of New Vegas ask me a lot if there's a Mrs. New Vegas. Well, of course there is! You're her. And you're still just as perfect as the day we met.

Men in Black 3.
Not as good as the first one, but definitely better than the second. If anything, this film is what Men in Black II should have been. 3.5 out of 5 |

jkatz wrote :I recently watched The Good Earth which was a 30s movie that had a white man playing an Asian man...definitely hurt the film no matter how good the acting. Joy Ride (2001?) Paul Walker thriller about a psycho truck driver chasing him and his brother across state. Strong late 90s vibe, tons of plot holes. 2.5/5 |

Hardcore. Pure and simple. Never have I seen a mob film as raw as this. 5 stars. "Magic can happen to you."

Lone Wolf McQuade.
Chuck Norris and David Carridine together in one film and stunts performed by these two actors much to the dismay of the producers both make up for rough, tough and rousing entertainment. 4 out of 5. |

Tim Burton's Ed Wood starring Johnny Depp.
Ever wanted to know what happened behind the scenes of the many notorious B-movies such as Plan 9 from Outer Space? This movie answers all your questions. Perhaps one of Burton's most overlooked masterpieces. 5 out of 5. |

Electric Boogaloo
A documentary on the success and failure of The Cannon Group. Very fun to see how the whole thing came together and then fell apart. It's a real shame they couldn't last. Still, they made some really fun cheese... so bad it's good. You love this signature.

Riding The Bullet
Not the greatest Stephen King-adapted film I've ever seen, but it delivered some good scares. 2 1/2 stars. "Magic can happen to you."
