Tell me why I shouldn't be. Because right now, I see no reason to care.

It's just an entertainment company, so this doesn't worry me. If this were some major energy company buying out another one, then maybe I'd be concerned.

Hasbro must have a nice bit of cash in the bank to be considering this.

If this leads to a good Transformers film without Michael Bay, then I'd be all for this.
