While we were well into another generation of live-action Superman adventures by the time I first saw it, my first viewing was still sometime in the late '90s, about twenty years ago now. Man, time really does fly.</div>SupermanSep 06, 2018View

40639Burt Reynolds has passed awayI just heard this on the radio coming back in to the office. At one point in his career he was THE leading man. Hollywood lost a legend today.Vaporman87Sep 06, 2018View
40638Which pop culture figure defined cool to you as a kid?Garfield.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>Although, he has enough food that could feed the 3rd Marine Division, you have to admire his wit.&nbsp;</div>Mr MagicSep 06, 2018View
40637Which pop culture figure defined cool to you as a kid? That would have been He-Man for me. Though He-Man was not necessarily my favorite character in the show. I really liked Roboto, but he was used very little in the cartoon.&nbsp;Vaporman87Sep 06, 2018View
40636The CaféI was reminded today just how much I hate getting the mail.<div><br></div><div>The mailroom where I live now is quite a distance away from my house. It's about an hour walk to go there and back. I don't have a car so that's all I can do right now.</div><div><br></div><div>Today I walk there to get several packages that have been waiting there for a few days. If a package doesn't fit in your box then you have to get it through the mail window (which is only open for two hours a day between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM). I also have to bring a shopping bag with me to get the actually the mail, which was stuffed thick in the box.</div><div><br></div><div>I go there, get my mail. I pick up the packages, which there were a number of. Including a huge box that contained that Power Rangers Megazord. I have to carry all these things back to my house slowly, holding them in my arms in a certain position.</div><div><br></div><div>I eventually get back to my house. When I reach into my pocket to get my house key out, I noticed that my mailbox wasn't in there. At first I thought it was nothing, and that I likely put it in the shopping bag after opening my mailbox. As I'm sorting through the mail, I noticed the key is nowhere to be found. I get a little frantic, and really start to look everywhere for it.</div><div><br></div><div>Eventually I reach the conclusion that I lost the key on the walk back to my house or left it at the mailroom.</div><div><br></div><div>I walk back to the mailroom, slowly going on the road to look if it was on the side of the road.
