40673Jim Carrey's new TV series "Kidding"It looks vaguely interesting, but might be a little too avant garde. Think we see adolescent girls kissing? Wish there was a spark notes version I could watch in like 30 minutes haha, not sure I'm ready for bizarro version of Mr Rojers and Mrs. DoubtfirevkimoSep 09, 2018View
40672Which pop culture figure defined cool to you as a kid?<blockquote rel="Mr Magic"><b>Mr Magic wrote :</b><br><i> <div>As far as real people goes, I would say Clint Eastwood.</div><div><br></div><div>When you watch The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, it always seems like he's so calm, cool, and collected. He always has control over tough situations. The guy is just fearless.<br></div> </i><b>-end quote</b></blockquote>The last 20 minutes or so of TGTBTU (from the part where The Ecstasy of Gold starts playing to the end credits) is probably my favorite sequence in any movie, ever. Everything that happened previously leads up to the climactic standoff, but Sergio Leone still manages to sneak in some humor. And the music? Perfection.jkatzSep 09, 2018View
40671Jim Carrey's new TV series "Kidding"<div>*Badum Tsss*</div><div><br></div>Making fun of Jim Carrey is low hanging fruit at this point. Well deserved maybe, but still low hanging. I'm gonna give this show a chance before dismissing it, is what I'm saying.<div><br></div>jkatzSep 09, 2018View

If this new game is even half as fun as that one, I'll probably love it.jkatzSep 09, 2018View

40668Last Movie You WatchedJurassic World Fallen Kingdom<div><br></div><div>It was like they found the first 3 movies lying in a dump and salved them together. Everything was predictable from Rex saving the protagonist to eating the major villains. So many borrowed scenes like the girl in the dumb waiter trying to shut the door ala kitchen scene from the first movie. Then the dinos all escape and we get a Planet of the Apes scenario? Poop - glad I pirated this one!</div><div><br></div><div>2/5</div>vkimoSep 09, 2018View

40665Spider-Man (PS4)So far it's pretty good. My only major complaint so far is how repetitive the campaign has been so far. I've been playing for over a day at this point and the only villains I've battled is Fisk and Shocker. Everything else has been thugs. I'm just eagerly waiting for all the other villains to appear.<div><br></div><div>That, and the health system is kind of stupid.</div>Rick Ace RhodesSep 08, 2018View
