| 41030 | Retro Randomness | <div>So for many months I have been trying to find my old cassette tapes. I finally found them. Unfortunately they were stored across the street from my office in a building that has been slowly becoming a biohazard. Many things over there had accumulated white or black mold to varying degrees.</div><div><br></div><div>I have begun the process of transferring the audio from cassette to digital and CD, cleaning up the audio in Audacity as much as I can. The first of these tape transfers was the first gloriously awful recording of me and friends singing original songs, mostly to Revenge of Shinobi music (and one to the tune of Funky Cold Medina). This one seems to have suffered a bit more than others, but I got the audio somewhat clean... other than some clicking noises that are a bit annoying. <br></div><div><br></div><div>That being said... enjoy "Glad 2 No U", an album by Tone 20/20 & The Def Wave Crew. This was made in 1989 by me and my late friend John Holsinger, and was mostly a collection of songs about my mom's then boyfriend Bill Thomas, an optometrist and good friend.
