44745Gwar
Gwar was featured a few times in the Beavis and Butthead cartoon, which is probably why they are a part of the video game.
Vaporman87Dec 22, 2019View
44744McDonald's

There are two sides to every story. While I agree that the man as he has been portrayed in popular media is nobody I would want to associate with, we can't say we know for certain how things actually went down. So I'm not sure we're warranted in deeming him a monster or anything... certainly not on the level of a Jeffrey Dahmer.
Vaporman87Dec 22, 2019View
44743Christmas is a creepy and disturbing holiday
Can't say I have ever found it creepy or disturbing.
Vaporman87Dec 22, 2019View
44742Forgotten Cartoons
Awesome! I'm so glad I found that cartoon. Not being able to figure it out for all these years was a real pain.

Mr Magic wrote :
@Vapor:

I'm liking the Stanley Ugly Duckling special.
 -end quote

Vaporman87Dec 22, 2019View
44741Genesis - I Can't Dance
Me too. Land of Confusion is probably the best out of their library.

RetroSnob88 wrote :
Peter Gabriel era Prog Rock Genesis > Phil Collins era (that being said, my favourite song from the Collins era is still Land of Confusion)

-end quote

Vaporman87Dec 22, 2019View
44740Christmas Nostalgia & More!
I just watched the Ren & Stimpy Christmas special where something comes out of Stimpy's butt, it makes a sound, and it smells funny
RetroSnob88Dec 22, 2019View
44739David Judd Nutting (Industrial Engineer and early Video Game Designer)
Well, nowadays it's an unfortunate last name. It's amazing how he even got through the 70's with more risque (by the decade's standards) humour becoming more mainstream
RetroSnob88Dec 22, 2019View
44738David Judd Nutting (Industrial Engineer and early Video Game Designer)
that's one unfortunate last name, but it's great to know he held a foundation for video gaming
BenjanimeDec 22, 2019View
44737Turok: Son Of Stone Movie (Based on the original Comic Book (And yes, it was originally a Comic Book. Don't believe me? Google it!) and NOT the video game)
kinda reminds me of those early 2000s direct to video movies that cartoon network used to air after cartoon cartoon theater wasn't a thing anymore.
BenjanimeDec 22, 2019View
44736TV show TMNT is officially dead to me now.
Oh, fun fact: Anybody here read Heavy Metal Magazines? It's a magazine from back in the late 1970's that's still running 42 years later. It shows all sorts of Adult Fantasy and Science Fiction comics from Europe and is probably much more known as an animated film now than it is as a magazine (and the magazine had a massive cult following before Hollywood made it a film). Anyway, from 1992 to 2014, Kevin Eastman was the publisher of Heavy Metal Magazines. Neat eh?
RetroSnob88Dec 22, 2019View
