Pulp Fiction | I've seen the diner scene on the Independent Film Channel years back, and it made me wanna see the whole movie. So I saw the whole movie, and it made me wanna go out and get it. So I got it, and that's my little story of becoming a PF fanatic. | Mr Magic | Jan 31, 2013 | ![]()
Retro Movie Quote Thread | "Let's turn on the juice and see what shakes loose." (Beetlejuice) | Vaporman87 | Jan 31, 2013 | ![]()
Awful(ly great) movies & shows | <blockquote rel="shakin steak"><b>shakin steak wrote :</b> But I can do it in a reply, as here.</blockquote> That's odd. Another strange glitch is that when I have had to occasionally go in and edit someone else's original thread post, it suddenly sends that thread WAYYY down the list of other threads, even though the thread ID is the same as it always was. Sloppy! | Vaporman87 | Jan 31, 2013 | ![]()
General suggestions | Ahhh, okay. That's why it was not showing up with a thread title. You deleted it. Okay. I deleted that from the list. It should be gone now. | Vaporman87 | Jan 31, 2013 | ![]()
Awful(ly great) movies & shows | I deleted that thread. The OP of this thread does not appear in the list. I tried copying the OP, putting it as the first reply and then deleting the OP, to work around the "bump required" thing. But it just deleted the entire thread. Yet the condensed list still keeps the reference. Additionally, if I want to put a <a href="retro-daze.org">link</a> in an OP by manually writing out a href etc, it won't let me. It won't render at all and just leaves the code plain. I'm not sure how to make the forum do it. But I can do it in a reply, as here. | shakin steak | Jan 31, 2013 | ![]()
Awful(ly great) movies & shows | Oddly, the OP shows up in the comments list but does not show the thread name and can't be viewed by clicking on the magnafying glass. Let me see if I can fix that. | Vaporman87 | Jan 31, 2013 | ![]()
General suggestions | <blockquote rel="Vaporman87"><b>Vaporman87 wrote :</b><br> Does it look completed to anyone else?<br></blockquote> No way! As you described. Also, "bump to make it appear in list" is still required. Plus, if you delete a post it still shows up in the condensed list (see # 704)(I replaced with 707) | shakin steak | Jan 31, 2013 | ![]()
Awful(ly great) movies & shows | Why's forum put all these extra carriage returns in my post. No matter how I edit it I can't make them go away | shakin steak | Jan 31, 2013 | ![]()
General suggestions | Also, I JUST NOW got an email from the developer working on the forum and he was informed by his staff that the work was completed yesterday. Does it look completed to anyone else? I'm only seeing one thread up top, and nothing is organized according to the time of the most recent post. Is someone else seeing it differently? | Vaporman87 | Jan 31, 2013 | ![]()
General suggestions | <blockquote rel="shakin steak"><b>shakin steak wrote :</b><br>Really digging the search function in the condensed comments list!</blockquote> Oh yeah. I had forgotten you could type in information in the different columns to search by post ID, thread, posted by, etc. | Vaporman87 | Jan 31, 2013 | ![]()
