24098Favorite Simpsons Episodes^ You can't have a fave Simpsons episodes thread and not mention the very first one of the series. Thanks, pika

22 Short Films about Springfield

You have to love how it revolves around the minor characters and not just the major ones.
Mr MagicSep 15, 2015View

24096Halloween Nostalgia & More!Whilst I don't necessarily love candy corn, I do find myself eating a lot of it when it's out. As for pumpkin spice everything else, that I am much more excited to see although I do have a tendency to over indulge so by the end of the season I am OK with it going away. Well all but the beer. kidcoffeeSep 15, 2015View
24095Halloween Nostalgia & More!
pikachulover wrote :
She makes pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread and pumpkin cookies. The department store here in this little village used to sell homemade pumpkin cookies during this time of year with cream cheese icing on them, but they haven't done that in a few years now, despite my pleas to start doing it again.

I don't believe I've had spice cake.
Vaporman87Sep 15, 2015View
24094Halloween Nostalgia & More!I like candy corn. Few years ago I told my little cousin she could be a piece of candy corn for Halloween, but she didn't get it. She was about 4 at the time. Maybe I'd like to dress up as candy corn for Halloween.

About the pumpkin spice trend. I like spicy things, but not over the top crazy. I like the spicy smell when they use the pumpkin spice scent in candles and things. I'm also a big fan of those red cinnamon scented candles they sell at Christmastime.

My mom bakes and she makes pumpkin flavored things. Way before this trend started. She makes pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread and pumpkin cookies. Anybody had spice cake before?
pikachuloverSep 15, 2015View

24091Halloween Nostalgia & More!I wouldn't say I "hate" it... for that is a strong word. But I certainly don't care for it. Like onipar said, it has a special place in Halloween.

Speaking of candy corn and other Halloweenish delights, another trip to the store made it all the more apparent that this year is already saturated with spooky edible delights:

Vaporman87Sep 15, 2015View
