| 30461 | Batman v Superman | Edd, it all goes back to writers (of both comics and film) seeking new angles and trying to keep things fresh and different. I think that is a good thing, to a certain degree. But some changes, like... for example, A female Thor... a latino Spider-Man, a black Captain America... these things just come off as stupid to me. These changes are less about keeping things fresh, and more about keeping things politically correct. If Superman and Batman need to have it out in order to garner interest, that's one thing.
