This isn't something vague or with sparse documentation. Is it possible you are thinking of something else? The Critters series of movies has a similar plot of bounty hunter protecting humanity from a dangerous alien species but taking caution not to cause its extinction. The Alien movies are also similar in tone and are believed by some to be an inspiration for the first game.<p><br>Finally, you keep referring to the protagonist with male pronouns.
