| 35825 | Memorial Day 2017 | I'll be back from vacation on Sunday, so on Memorial Day, we'll go down to main street in Marion where we live for their Memorial Day ceremony. The Flags for the Fallen are already up on the court house lawn. Each flag represents a fallen soldier from our town back to the Civil War. At the base of each flag is a cross with each soldiers name on it.
