36063RetroCon Last year was amazing. I had the best time. I will definitely look into transport. From MN it will have to be a flight, but I've been working like crazy, so it may not be out of the question. Although my daughter did just get braces. Kids these days. With their braces and need for clothes and food and junk..fuschniktJun 09, 2017View
36062Wonder WomanI haven't seen it, but it seems to better received than most of the other recent DC movies.&nbsp;<div style="font-style: normal;"><br></div><div>Would you believe that even Wonder Woman, a symbol of feminism for <i>decades</i>, isn't safe from the scorn of the tumblr crowd? <a href="http://www.dailywire.com/news/17256/some-feminists-are-enraged-wonder-woman-probably-ben-shapiro">There's</a> a pretty decent article that does a great job of calling out some of those complaints.</div><div><br></div><div style="font-style: normal;">(Caveat: It's from a heavily conservative website. It started with 2004's Identity Crisis and really has continued to this very day, even after multiple, horribly done comic book events pissed their fans off to the point that DC was forced to eventually relaunch the entire DC Universe (which ended up sucking for it's entire existence and forced yet another relaunch after five years).<div><br></div><div>Needless to say, DC Comics needs to really reorganize if they plan on contending with Marvel.</div>Rick Ace RhodesJun 09, 2017View
36058Just when you thought Bubsy was history. <div>yeah, his creation was intended to cash in on the success of various furry video game mascots like sonic and sparkster, but due to bad reviews from pretty much everywhere it never happened. there was even a planned bubsy cartoon but it didn't even make it past the pilot episode. a role that i'm sure rob paulsen wouldn't want to bring up.</div><div><br></div><div><iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/jmNdbdSCuC4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div>BenjanimeJun 09, 2017View
36057Just when you thought Bubsy was history. Bubsy... this sounds vaguely familiar. Was he that character that was intended to be a new mascot character like Mario and Sonic were but failed to amount to anything?Rick Ace RhodesJun 09, 2017View
