1122ArticlevkimoNice article man! I'm currently in a waiting room and this article was a godsend haha. Love how this article had a moral to the story. Do you still have that Genesis?  Jun 04, 2014View

1196ArticleHoju KoolanderVery sweet story and vivid descriptions of your moments of childhood disappointment and elation. I wasn't the most competitive kid and didn't make much money in our school's Jog-A-Thon, but if a toy had been on the line I would have summoned "my speed of the puma".The Best Day EverSep 03, 2014View

1119ArticlepikachuloverWhen was little and watched the cartoon I thought the Misfits dressed better than the Holograms. I like the song "Welcome to the Jungle" not to be confused with the Guns N' Roses song. I think I knew the difference between the cartoon Misfits and the other band. But it could be confusing. Unless people knew me well they didn't really know I liked punk and ska music. I was very bookish looking. The Misfits: Top Five SongsJun 04, 2014View
1120ArticleVaporman87Lots of great music in the series, but these are some standout songs. I recall watching an interview with the lady who did Jem's singing voice, and how much fun she had doing the over the top music. The Misfits: Top Five SongsJun 04, 2014View

1109ArticleVaporman87Wow. This is the first I've heard of "K-dramas". That's a very unique thing to enjoy. The only Korean film I know of is Yonggary (which is, of course, a giant monster movie). I'm curious to know what movies you may have watched in the theater that summer. Any that you recall? When you mentioned "Gangsta's Paradise", all I could think of was Weird Al's "Amish Paradise". LOL Thanks for this pikachulover! The Summer of 1995Jun 02, 2014View
1112ArticlepikachuloverK-Dramas are popular in LA. There is a sizable Korean population here. There are about 3 broadcast channels in the area that show them. I also watch J-dramas from Japan. I think the Power Rangers Movie was the only movie I saw in theaters that summer. I didn't go to the movies much. I like Gangsta's and Amish Paradise. The Summer of 1995Jun 02, 2014View
