3833Articlemassreality@shakin_steak It's always interesting how important products of our past come into our lives, especially when you are a child and have no control.  Apr 18, 2017View
2300ArticleVaporman87@Ropas: That was a pretty faithful re-creation of the DuckTales game that Capcom did. Very nice, and with all the original voice actors.NES: The 5 Best GamesJun 08, 2015View

2859ArticleVaporman87@RickAceRhodes: Even miserable memories can make for interesting reads. ;) This was a really good article. I have to say, I prefer your memory-based writing to top ten lists or reviews. Really fun stuff. I'm also REALLY jealous of the things your school did for Halloween. Though my school did a good job of bringing out the spirit of the season, they never went to those lengths. Sounds sooooo awesome. Halloween MemoriesOct 12, 2015View
3580ArticleSockofFleagulls@rickacerhodes Gobots truly get a bad rap. Transformers has a great legacy but Gobots had a decent cartoon with great toys. @HojuKoolander Glad it jogged some memories! @oldschool80s Merry Christmas! 3960ArticleVaporman87@Rick: What a great thing that your parents eventually reconciled their differences. Spared you a lot of uncertainty and sleepless nights. If there was one thing that bothered me the most about my parents' divorce, it was that I no longer had my Dad around to make me feel safe in my own home.Divorced Dad MemoriesJun 21, 2017View

2764Articlekidcoffee@Rick Ace Rhodes I had almost forgot about the great Joe drought that hit just when I was starting to lose interest in toys. For me it's hard to imagine a time without Joe as they were so prevalent during my childhood. I'm glad to see they seem to be making a bit of a comeback although I think this line is more geared to nostalgic nerds such as myself still wanting to cling to their own childhood. @mickyarber Thank you so much for the kind words. It means a lot. Looking back I wish I had thought to entitle this article O Joe as those little rings changed everything. Long forgotten fallen heroes restored back to their prime, and with the help of the Baroness' body I could finally custom craft myself a Lady Destro. It was too much fun.Yo JoeOct 03, 2015View
2560ArticleHoju Koolander@Rick Ace Rhodes He was actually on my list originally, but as ridiculous as he got, they still gave him character building episodes in later seasons to show he had some depth. After all, it was Monica who got the turkey stuck on her head, not Joey, so he still had some dignity.Sitcom Characters Who Got StupidAug 23, 2015View
