1492ArticleHoju KoolanderThat's a good point, pikachulover. The Attitude era definitely pumped life back into the WWE in a big way. I personally feel like they are still coasting on that popularity. But the difference I think was that the 80's era was universally accessible because it was classic good vs evil, while the Attitude era was bad vs evil. Though it was a small percentage, I think there was a potential audience that was being alienated at that time. When Wrestling RockedNov 05, 2014View
914ArticleMissMThat's a good price Benjanime! They had the disc for sale in a tiny paper ornament for a 1.50 at Big Lots, but it looked really cheap. I hope you were able to pick it up! Vaproman, I just love this special. It truly has a great beginning, middle, and end. The flow is just splendid. And I agree, it is every bit as good if not better than the other specials that get played all the time every year. I hope you are doing well!He-Man and She-Ra Celebrate Christmas too!Dec 17, 2013View
2711ArticleVaporman87That's a great story. It's always nice to hear of places opening up that try very hard to recapture the magic of a golden era. I wish them all the success in the world. In a place like Jacksonville there should be no shortage of customers, but around these parts such a place would probably have difficulty surviving. Rescued By A Fistful of QuartersSep 24, 2015View
2133ArticleVaporman87That's a lot of great tunes with eyes. I would say this is a pretty great list that I don't think I would change. Also, I ALMOST got every one of the eye pictures right. I missed but one!Top 80s Songs with EYE in the Title (+Bonus 80s Eye Quiz)Mar 22, 2015View
2947ArticleVaporman87That's a neat story DirtyD. That had to be a great tour to take. To see all those strange and seemingly senseless features in the house, that has to be very cool.Searching for a Real Haunted HouseOct 15, 2015View
4127ArticleSupermanThat's a nice assessment of two great films. The two of them are really neck and neck for me, but I've written how I would break things down below. Best Batman: Batman Begins (but only slightly) Best Batmobile: toss-up (I really liked the Tumbler, even though it doesn't much match what the Batmobile should be.) Best villain: Batman 1989 Best love interest: Batman 1989 Best Gotham: Batman 1989 Best Commissioner Gordon: Batman Begins Best Alfred: Batman BeginsOld vs. New: Batman vs. Batman BeginsSep 13, 2017View
4270ArticleSupermanThat's a nice set of action figures. I used to own that same Green Ranger figure. He was my favorite back then, so I snatched him right up when I saw him at the store.Action Figure Reclamation Project Phase 2Jan 15, 2018View
1789ArticleHoju KoolanderThat's a pretty great collection of "girl toys", some of which I had never seen before (Gorgeous Creatures, AHHHH!). Those action figure sized Disney Princess dolls sound like an awesome experiment. I thought it was great how in the later run of the TMNT figures we finally got those Irma, Vern and Burne figures. I'm surprised they didn't come with mutant creature heads to dress them in for battles with Shredder. Very cool Pizazz costume too. The Misfits were way more fun than Jem and The Holograms, less glamour, more attitude! @Vaporman87 We definitely need to do a retro Halloween costume contest next year, don't you think?
