5143 | Article | Julie | But the tip to make Tails fly is not a trick, just use the second controller and press the jump button twice, and keep pressing it to fly higher. Also, Tails can take Sonic and raise him to higher places during this process. He just doesn't fly endlessly, he gets tired of flying after a few minutes. I'm one of the few people who like the 32X. It's a little expensive but I think it's worth it, there are some really good titles for it. This rumor about the VMU never came here, the magazines were very realistic when talking about the VMU. The rumor about Sheng Long was small here too, the magazines here never took it seriously. Another very well written article. I absolutely love a vocabulary closer to the erudite. I love to read your articles, Benjanime.❤ | Mar 09, 2020
3718 | Article | Benjanime | by the late 90s i actually rented games more than buying them, which probably wasn't the best choice since i was still missing out on a bunch of great games, but that's how my mind worked back then lol. | The Worst Games I've Rented on my Allowance | Jan 31, 2017
1585 | Article | Vaporman87 | By the mid-90's, KB Toys (KayBee Toys) had become a go-to place for toys that had been out of production for a couple years. And, by 1997 (when hype was building for the awful mess that was Godzilla '98), Trendmasters' Godzilla toy line had ceased production (as did Trendmasters altogether - they filed bankruptcy). The prices of those figures, especially the 12" line, had increased tremendously on the only existing online aftermarket of that time (Ebay). So, my mission was clear. I began mapping out EVERY mall with a KayBee Toys in it within a 100 mile radius. Every weekend (and sometimes weekdays) I would travel to another mall, check out the KayBee Toys for Trendmasters Godzilla figures, collect my treasures, and head home. I did that for probably a year. I sold most of what I had found, but also supplemented my own collection (which I still have today). Ahh, the days of bachelorhood when you could just leave on stupid trips like that for no good reason. Yeah, I don't miss those days. They all feel wasted now. | Christmas of 1994 | Dec 10, 2014
5190 | Article | Vaporman87 | By the time these kid game shows became popular, I was already off to college. It is shows like this that I wish I could have enjoyed during my prime kid years, as I know I would have totally enjoyed them. | Memories of Olmec and Legends of the Hidden Temple | May 04, 2020
3911 | Article | Hoju Koolander | California Dreams was a lot of fun. I enjoyed Sylvester's weasely schemes and Tony's "Sweet Googamoo" catch phrase. None of the songs e ever reached Zack Attack quality, but I can still remember a few of them. I rarely tuned into to T-NBC on Saturday Mornings to watch those other shows, especially after the first season of The New Class (ugh), but Saved By The Bell and Callfornia Dreams in syndication were appointment TV for me. | Attack of the “Saved by the Bell” Clones | May 28, 2017

3666 | Article | jkatz | Can anybody identify the second poster under the front desk? Through some internet sleuthing (read: squinting really really hard and IMDB) I was able to make out the on the left as being for Fifty/Fifty. Never heard of it. | The Video Store Clerk | Jan 04, 2017
5750 | Article | RetroOtaku620 | Can I also please share this article with the host of the Weird Darkness podcast? This is the kind of story he would read on his podcast. Again, it would be a great way to promote this site. | The Real Goonies | Sep 27, 2023
