4634 | Article | jkatz | I only know about Tab from a Simpsons episode("All this computer hacking is making me thirsty. I think I'll order a Tab."), I've never seen it in real life yet. One soda I wish they'd really bring back, even temporarily, is Josta. It had the coolest logo ever and was kinda like Dr. Pepper with extra caffeine. | Oct 23, 2018
4645 | Article | jkatz | I've said it before, but the internet was a lot more fun back in the 2000s. Newgrounds, Ebaums World, Myspace, etc. Freedom of speech was taken for granted and easily offended people were a minority and rightfully mocked.Everything online seemed fresh and exciting. Maybe it had something to do with the overall culture, I don't know. Also, you forgot about The Matrix movies. Those were huge back in the day. | The 2000s decade wasn't that bad | Oct 28, 2018
4651 | Article | jkatz | "In summation, decades treat everyone differently, and in my opinion, no one should catch heat for speaking positively about whichever era they like." That's a good way of putting it, Caps. | The 2000s decade wasn't that bad | Oct 31, 2018
4665 | Article | jkatz | Cripes, I'd forgotten all about Son of The Mask. And while anime being censored/edited for American tv isn't anything new, 4kids was especially hamfisted about it. I actually remember watching that One Piece episode live. | Moments from the 2000s that I hated | Nov 15, 2018

4830 | Article | jkatz | I unfortunately never got to experience the PS2 in its prime, but I did pick up a bunch of titles for cheap a few years ago. My personal favorites would have to be Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3, Max Payne, and of course, GTA San Andreas. I couldn't get into Vice City for some reason so I never finished it, but I did enjoy cruising around the streets of Miami while blasting Iron Maiden, Judas Priest....and The Human League. I didn't have too many games for the PS3: just Heavy Rain (really enjoyed it), Skyrim (loved it), and Read Dead Redemption (liked it, never finished it). Now that I have a PS4, I already have a lot of games, including Spider-Man, RDR 2, Doom, plus a few more I can't remember right now. All in all, not bad for a kid who grew up without a console because his parents hated video games. | The Playstation Experience - Part 2 | Feb 02, 2019
4880 | Article | jkatz | "a cheap and exploitative rag that showed obscene favor to DC and Marvel, while also overlooking the indie comics scene." I'd buy Wizards occasionally and I have to agree this is kinda true...they got a little better about it in later years, though. | Five Best Wizard Magazine freebies | Mar 06, 2019
