5251 | Article | ThatDudeintheHoodie | To me the first movie slowly became well aged cheese. Not the best, but its still fun to watch what I used to like as a kid. Now though, I think Detective Pikachu is the cream of the crop of Pokemon films. | Aug 26, 2020
2026 | Article | Vaporman87 | To just imagine Gary Goddard's original vision for MOTU on screen back then makes me disappointed it never happened. Maybe if Paramount, Universal, or some other big studio could have gotten the rights and budget together, it might have been a real classic. | An Ode to Cannon Films | Feb 19, 2015
1849 | Article | Vaporman87 | To be honest, I'm not sure what effect there might be on old paint, but I would think that as long as you're not getting it TOO hot, the paint should be okay. You might avoid putting too much pressure on the paint with your fingers, just to be safe. | Miss M's Top 10 Retro Toys of 2014! | Jan 28, 2015

1961 | Article | Benjanime | to be honest both me and jesse had a pretty curious nature at the time, though i was more of the troublemaker when it came to finding outdoor activities. i still thought of the consequences but i always went for risk. the only problem was, the more i'd gotten in trouble, the more my belongings my parents would sell. back then i remember losing a sega game gear and a vhs player. | How to ruin a friendship without really trying | Feb 11, 2015
5777 | Article | Game Joy | To be frank, I also saw the ads back then, on GamePro. But I didn't got hyped, the console visual wasn't appealing, looking oddly simplistic to it's promises, and the black and white games, not appealing as well. The Bandai WonderSwan was another recent release, also with black and white games. The only "outsider" handheld getting my attention was the Neo-Geo Pocket Color, and the Game Boy Color about to come out. The other handheld having my curiosity was the Nokia N-Gage, but when I saw the so tiny screen, I got reluctant on getting it. Luckily you had the experience before buying it, little brother. Another charismatic, full of passion game article from my amazing brother. It's always a pleasure to read. | Game Com: The Worst Handheld I Almost Got | Oct 10, 2023
5687 | Article | Benjanime | to be fair, at least their toys were worth it. i just can't say the same for their video games with how cheap they felt. friday the 13th used to scare me, now it just bores the heck out of me with that ridiculous map layout. jaws was, okay, but not a game i'd sit through either. i think the last LJN related game i ever played was maximum carnage on the SNES, for some reason i could never get past that wall crawling level. | The History of LJN | Sep 21, 2022
3790 | Article | Hoju Koolander | To answer your question, I totally mailed away for my Olympic sales kit and managed one sale of Christmas cards to my friend's Mom before giving up my dreams of earning enough points for a rock tumbler. I also ordered some novelty pranks like Rattlesnake Eggs and the mouse trap chewing gum pack. I used to love the Things You Never Knew Existed and Can't Possibly Live Without catalog as well. During the 90s comic book boom Mile High opened a location in Anaheim, CA that was massive. I loved going through that store and even got some "Collectors Item" comics from an in store auction. | Halftone Wonders | Mar 22, 2017
