5034 | Article | Vaporman87 | Great piece Ben. I recall all the games I played most on my Genesis, mostly Altered Beast, Shinobi, Sword of Vermillion, Mutant League Football, Sonic The Hedgehog, Moonwalker, and a few others. We did get some enjoyment out of the Sega CD as well. | A Sega Genesis Retrospective | Sep 07, 2019
5038 | Article | Benjanime | i always wanted to get my hands on the rare, sought out version of revenge of shinobi that featured the spider-man/batman boss before the later releases which recolored the sprites. an odd but interesting connection in gaming. <img src="http://cdn-static.denofgeek.com/sites/denofgeek/files/styles/article_width/public/2018/05/revengeofshinobispidermangame-56c221f63df78c0b138f50e2.jpg?itok=LVcpV_55" width="470" height="252"> | A Sega Genesis Retrospective | Sep 08, 2019
5059 | Article | Julie | The Sega Genesis is my favorite console of all time to date, for sure! I still have the first edition of the console (from 1989), with fantastic sound quality (I always use the stereo headphone output)! Love this console; after him, the console I love the most is the Sega Saturn ... My first cartridge was Zoom !, which I bought before I even had the console, and after that , with the time, I had almost every title I wanted to have, that I saw published in the magazines of that magical time - luckily. With the arrival of the Sega CD, Sonic CD was a must, along with a few more games, but with the arrival of the 32X I finally got to know Knuckles Chaotix, a slightly improved version of Mortal Kombat II, a definitive version for Virtua Racing, a surprising version of Virtua Fighters, among other pearls such as Kolibri. I never intend to get rid of my Sega Genesis, it has affective value for me. Very special; marked an era! | A Sega Genesis Retrospective | Oct 08, 2019
5060 | Article | Benjanime | @Julie it's phenomenal knowing the amount of innovative games that were put out on the system, i've always wanted to play knuckles chaotix myself, the only way i knew about it was from gamepro magazine. if not for my parents wanting to get rid of my systems upon buying new ones i probably could have built up quite the library. thanks again for the comment and thanks for reading :) | A Sega Genesis Retrospective | Oct 08, 2019
5004 | Article | Vaporman87 | So the tune wasn't ABOUT Rosanna, but the band did title the song after her. That's a cool little tidbit I didn't know before! | Rosanna Arquette connected to two 80s hit songs | Aug 15, 2019

5033 | Article | Pittsburghgirl | I did not know she dated Peter Gabriel. I think she should be happy to answer questions about those topics | Rosanna Arquette connected to two 80s hit songs | Sep 07, 2019
5024 | Article | pikachulover | I usually got what I wanted for school supplies. There were a few exceptions. I didn't get a Trapper Keeper until I was in 6th grade. But I did get some fun folders like Lisa Frank, Disney and Garfield. Applause made some pun pencils. I had a Marsupilami one that had him twirl around when you wrote with it. I had some fun lunchboxes; Darkwing Duck, My Little Pony, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Rescue Rangers. I had a Looney Tunes one but someone stole it. I don't consider Lunchables because they were more of a treat for me than having a sandwich for lunch. I usually took my lunch to school anyway. I didn't like to take my markers or my fun shaped erasers or fat multi color pen to school. Because the other kids would steal and ruin them. | Benjanime's Back to School Essentials | Aug 28, 2019
5077 | Article | jkatz | What about the build-your-own Inspector Gadget? If that wasn't 90s, it had to be veeeeery early 2000s. I remember some kid in kindergarten having the whole set and me being jealous of him. | Favorite 1990s Happy Meal Toys | Nov 05, 2019 |
