1007ArticleMissMVery cool. I never really saw these, but I do remember owning a great deal of books and magazines about animals. That Deep Sea Dive episode would have been my favorite too. I've always liked that kind of stuff.Long Lost 90s: Really Wild AnimalsFeb 18, 2014View

1195ArticleHoju KoolanderVery cool topic. I totally remember one of my girl-friends (friend who was a girl) having a few of the aerobics themed C.U.T.I.E.S. figures. I never knew about the other varieties, but I got a good laugh out of the name "Leah Tard", totally not P.C. nowadays! Revisiting C.U.T.I.E.Sep 03, 2014View
1664ArticleVaporman87Very cool to learn of some of these films/shows. I agree with the choice of the Rankin-Bass "Twas the Night Before Christmas" special. That one I have fond memories of watching as a kid. The little mouse that rats out Santa as a myth always got on my nerves. I always wished one of the humans would catch him in a trap. LOL I'm interested in watching The Snowman. It sounds just splendid, so I'll check out the link you provided for that one. I'm also going to check out the Raggedy Ann and Andy special. I'm thinking I MAY have seen that one before, but it's been so long ago that I remember little to nothing about it. Some specials that I think deserve more attention: Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas The Christmas Toy The Life And Adventures of Santa ClausWhat To Watch on ChristmasDec 16, 2014View
4535ArticleHoju KoolanderVery cool stuff. I remember seeing a comic book ad for the Sonic Hot Rings sweepstakes and definitely had those SMB3 Happy Meal Toys. I really enjoyed the Nintendo Power Pack sticker/game trading cards, as well as the Super Mario Bros and Zelda fruit snacks. Video game related merchandiseSep 04, 2018View
1065ArticleMissMVaproman- I am super excited too. I like the idea of the original cast coming back for the sequel. I think I'd be groaning if it was a straight reboot, but a sequel with the original cast is something I'd really get into. echidna- That is so cool, I'm sorry that it didn't come together. That sounds like it would have been a very cool article. Benjamine- I think the reason I am looking forward to it is because the original director is behind it. If it were someone else that had nothing to do with the original I would be very nervous. The Goonies 'R' Good EnoughApr 16, 2014View
1161ArticleMikeCoversVAPORMAN87: Seriously, some of those had streams powerful enough to do that! I was almost BEGGING my dad to let me wash his car. And it's a shame that they are today focusing far more on appearances than functionality. I personally see nothing wrong with the "classic" style; even by 2014 standards it still looks pretty awesome. VKIMO: Thank you! I bet the dogs enjoy it too! 3845ArticleLazloVaporman87- I remember I spent a large part of that day listening to the concert over the radio, until the television networks started coverage during the evening. To me, it was an important event for our generation. A very memorable '80s event. Remembering Live Aid (1985)Apr 23, 2017View
