957ArticleMr MagicIf a toy does happen to come to life, make sure you can trust it! Remember Lotso from Toy Story 3? He may have looked friendly, but that doesn't mean he was. Jan 24, 2014View
958ArticleVaporman87I can still vaguely recall the smell of opening up a new NES cartridge from it's cardboard and plastic home. It's so strange how odors like that can bury itself in our memory banks for a lifetime. And like Trash Man mentioned, old comics can send you back too. The Fear of ToysJan 24, 2014View
1011ArticleMissMI thought I had commented to these already! But I did not. I love the smell of Stinkor, but not as much as I love the smell of books both old and new. I need to bottle that up and sell it in the fragrance department. I think dummies would make for a scary too. I think really detailed baby dolls are also scary. I just have never understood that. And thecrow174, Lotso really freaked me out in that movie! The Fear of ToysFeb 18, 2014View
966ArticleVaporman87I think the show that most captured my attention as a kid that had a particular focus on wildlife was Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom. I can remember coming home from church on Sundays and sitting down on the couch to enjoy that show. I can still hear the show announcer ringing in my ears, introducing the show following commercial breaks. Great show, that was.Long Lost 90s: Really Wild AnimalsJan 30, 2014View

1007ArticleMissMVery cool. I never really saw these, but I do remember owning a great deal of books and magazines about animals. That Deep Sea Dive episode would have been my favorite too. I've always liked that kind of stuff.Long Lost 90s: Really Wild AnimalsFeb 18, 2014View

971ArticlepikachuloverActually the bands did play English language songs the DJs didn't. I only crushed on that guy at school for a year because he graduated when I was a freshman. Dancing and BasketballJan 31, 2014View
970ArticleVaporman87Good grief! What country was your school in that there were all these bands who didn't know any English language songs? Oh right, California. lol. ;) Ah, if there is one thing I can clearly recall it is the feeling of being at one of our high school dances after the football games. Many times, I was like you... sitting on the bleachers talking with friends and imagining dancing with my crush. She, of course, had a boyfriend at all times and was fathoms out of my league, but that just can't stop those dreams, can it. I can vividly recall the dancing going on to the recently released single by none other than Vanilla Ice, Ice Ice Baby. Yup, every student and his brother was out there dancing like fools to that song. Wow, looking back on it now it all seems so ridiculous. LOL. But man, it was huge when it first hit. Thanks so much for this pikachulover!Dancing and BasketballJan 31, 2014View
1008ArticleMissMThis was such a fun article about school dances. I never went to mine, but if I had, I feel like I would have shared in a similar experience with you. I enjoyed this, I hope you share more memories like this for us to read. Dancing and BasketballFeb 18, 2014View
